The mission of West End Math Tutor is to help students achieve a high degree of success in their academic life. We provide a learning environment for students which includes highly effective instruction, personalized teaching and confidence building. We believe that education is the key to success.
My interest in math began at University of Toronto High School, where mathematics opened a world of interesting discoveries. I studied calculus and differential equations, analytic geometry and vectors, advanced algebra, probability and statistics, and mathematical logic.
I then attended University of Toronto where I obtained my Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering. (First Class Honours). I also have my ARCT teacher Diploma in piano (Pedagogy) (First Class Honours) from the Royal Conservatory of Music.
I believe that one-on-one tutoring is the most significant factor in choosing a service. Most tutoring services use a three to one student to teacher ratio. My instruction is delivered in a one-on-one environment. In this setting I can dedicate 100% of my time and instruction to a single student making sure the student is given the opportunity to succeed.
